Promotional material related to Returns is much easier to come by than Web. I have a feeling the first, untested serial wasn't as heavily promoted by exhibitors so there weren't as many posters and lobby cards put into circulation. But after it was a smash success, they were on top of the sequel and marketed it more heavily, meaning more of these printed items still exist today.

What The Spider Returns lacks in quality, it more than makes up for
in the quantity of available promotional imagery. Posters and lobby cards for this later serial
are in greater supply than those for The Spider's Web.
