Joel Frieman recently unearthed proof that The Spider magazine was reprinted in Great Britain in the Forties. This means both the original run and one reprint series has crossed the Atlantic.

Thorpe & Porter, Ltd.
According to this listing Thorpe & Porter, Ltd. of Leicester, England reprinted at least one issue of The Spider in the late 1940s. Since the title shown is the final issue of the American pulp series, there are probably others. Thorpe & Porter is a British publisher and distributor of magazines and comics, including many reprints of US titles. Further digging shows that they brought over other Popular Publications mags in the late 1940s and early '50s as well, including weird menace titles.

Mews Books
What could be worse than Pocket Books' 1975 updating of The Spider? How about more copies in print? And without the benefit of Robert Maguire's sexy-cool covers? That's what happened in 1976 when New English Library, under their Mews Books imprint, opted to re-reprint all four books that Pocket had a year earlier. Well, at least he isn't blonde. Special thanks to Paul M. Yellovich of projectaka.com for supplying these scans.
